“ This was our first time coming here. We had heard good things. We came to watch the Thursday night Steelers game. When we first got there the place was EMPTY. I was worried. We were greated right away by a gentleman behind the bar, we ask if he was going to have the game & he said he would put it on. They had over 20 TV's no matter wear you sit there's a TV. We ordered wing, a beer & a soda. Beer was ice cold & the wings were delicious! They were huge. Later we ordered mozzarella sticks & they were good also. We also ordered a large pizza & let me tell you this was the BEST pizza I ever ate. The toppings were fresh, the crust was light & crispy, oh and did I mention it was piled high with toppings!! I have zero complaints about the food. About 5:00 the place got pretty packed & throughout the night kept pretty busy. Let's talk staff-The staff there was AMAZING!The gentleman man that greated us was super nice but his shifted ended so he introduced us to our new waitress. From the moment we were greated until the time we left they took great care of us. Our waitress was named Jessica & she NEVER let my glass empty, she checked on us a million times making sure we had everything we needed. We also had an gentleman and I hate myself for not getting his name but he was also AMAZING!! They were all so very nice & it was the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Facility- They had a million TV's (over 20) for sure, everywhere you look there is a TV. There is a few claw machines, a pool table, darts, and video games. The place is spotless!! And believe me I look!! The bathrooms were super clean & stocked to the brim. Now I know this is a super long review but this place definitely deserved a great review. I will definitely be back & I have already started telling friends & co-workers about this place. ”
“ I have been waiting to come here and so happy I finally did. We are the weirdos who like pineapple on our pizza and by far the Aloha Chicken is honestly the best Hawaiian pizza I have had. The BBQ sauce used was so delicious. The garlic twists we ordered also came with the best marinara dipping sauce. I ordered a cob salad and it had fresh greens and toppings. The chicken on the salad was made to order and hot on arrival. The only thing I was missing was blue cheese crumbles. Lots of tvs to watch games on. Tons of games for kids and kids at heart. The staff are the sweetest ever. If your wait time is a little longer its lack of staffing I believe, but they are trying so hard to give good service. Hey, nothing is quick anymore. We waited 20 minutes for a McGriddle and McBiscuit at the Golden arches yesterday. Take your family, friends or yourself and enjoy some good food and nice people. Sweetest family ever! ”
“ Went here for my daughter‘s birthday. The kids absolutely loved it. They enjoyed the spaghetti and the pizza. My mother and I we got the garlic fries too die for they are yummy. We will be definitely coming back. ”
“ Love the pizza here! We ordered 3 large pizzas online on a Sunday night about 35 minutes before they were closing. Each of our pizzas had their own quirks and customizations. Most places probably wouldn't have taken our order that near to closing but these guys did and not only were they delicious, but they were all correct and cooked perfectly. I can't speak to the atmosphere yet since our only order was for pickup but we plan to go eat there very soon. I look forward to trying their other menu items because they have a good variety of food and drinks to offer. Highly recommend! ”

“ Didn't even know Straw Hat Pizza was established 3 years ago. Was driving by and thought is was Pizza Hut. Anyways, we came Thursday and again on Friday. Why 2 days in a row? Because it's amazing pizza! Glad I seen n tried this place. ”

It felt as if the servers were genuinely happy to see my partner and I ordering everything and trying everything! The food was amazing! The portions blew my mind! Although the pizza was a little different than I remember Straw Hat being from back in the day, it was still delicious. I can't wait until I can visit again. ”
